According to a little bird, 

“A police officer was trying to handcuff a girl in marsh around 1:45 [AM] and she was refusing so he got very violent with her and slammed her head against a wall.  Usually this would have been semi-ok except for the fact that she was naked and he was touching her.  He would not let her friends put clothes on her.  It was disgusting and very hard to watch. He then proceeded to carry her around handcuffed and naked, exposing her body to the 30+ people watching.”

If you see something out of line, speak up.  The officer and girl have not yet been identified.
