Another UVM student charged for vandalism, this time, for vandalizing a Burlington fiberglass bear »

UVM student Kailey Nash faces up to $5,000 and up to five years in prison for pushing over a fiberglass bear in downtown Burlington while intoxicated. The bear “suffered only minor scrapes”.

I think facing five years in prison for knocking over a bear is a little much. I doubt that’s what the sentence will...
